I decided to created a logo for my hometown, Macon, Georgia. Being from Macon, I know there's a lot of rich music history. So many famous artist, singers, and songwriters have come from Macon or have Macon roots, so I wanted my idea to play off of that idea. Locals, or better known as Macon-ites, are proud to know they live in a place with rich musical history. So I wanted to create something that everyone from Macon, or visitors, would enjoy.
I also wanted my logo to be something that the actual city government would be able to use. I created a logo that could be used with and/for everything used around Macon!
